Many distilleries, large and small “source” their alcohol. It may be the base of their vodka or gin or it may be their entire product - like a 4 year old distillery releasing an 8 year old whiskey.
Our sourcing begins at the local farms, orchards and apiaries we work with directly to get the grains, apples and honey we use to make our spirits.
Our mission is to produce the finest small batch whiskies, brandies and vodkas possible with an honest flavor profile of the Buffalo, New York region.
